If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

3. Data Storage in the Online Shop (WooCommerce)

For contract processing, the following data will be stored as part of your purchase process:

  • E-Mail Address

  • Payment Information

  • Ordered Products

This data is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. It will be transmitted solely to:

  • The payment institution entrusted (e.g., Stripe)

  • Our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations

In the event of an aborted purchase process, the stored data will be deleted. Upon conclusion of the contract, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored for the duration of the statutory tax retention period (7 years).
